After Inhekids identified an ongoing bending issue associated with the plastic rods, the product structure was updated in the domestic market by replacing all plastic rods with iron rods.

Rather than waiting for Client U.C. to raise a new after-sales concern, Inhekids proactively contacted the customer and offered the updated iron-rod version at no additional cost. Because the customer had already placed a new order, the order was paused before shipment, the plastic rods were replaced with iron rods, and shipment was arranged with the upgraded structure.
