After we identified an ongoing bending issue with the plastic rods, we upgraded the product structure in our domestic market by replacing all of the plastic rods with iron rods.Rather than waiting for the customer to raise a new concern, we proactively contacted Client U. and offered the upgraded iron-rod version at no additional cost. The customer had already placed a new order, so we paused the order before shipment, replaced the plastic rods with iron rods, and then arranged shipment with the upgraded structure.This was not simply a replacement of one component.
