On October 7, 2026, the inhekids factory documented the production and packaging process for side panels used in a kids mobile bookshelf.
After the blow-molding stage was completed, workers removed the formed side panels from the mold and carried out initial processing. This stage prepares the molded components for further manual finishing and inspection.
Manual Edge Trimming and Inspection
The side panels then moved to a detailed edge-trimming process. Workers manually checked the appearance of each component, trimmed and removed remaining burrs along the edges, and cleaned the parts before packaging.
These manual steps are part of the production workflow before the components enter the final packing stage. Appearance inspection, edge finishing, cleaning, and pre-packaging checks are carried out during this process.
Packing After Production
After the finishing and inspection stages, the completed kids mobile bookshelf side panels were transferred to the packing area and placed into cartons.
This production record shows several stages of the actual factory workflow, from blow-molded component removal and initial processing to detailed edge finishing, inspection, cleaning, and packaging.
